We are very proud to announce that Telecoms World PLC is now part of the BNI (Business Networking International). BNI is a membership organisation where business groups (or ‘chapters’) can network and gain referrals. This international organisation has around 120,000 active members across the world.

‍Throughout 2019 the Telecoms World team helped increase local BNI memberships and at the end of the year, the diverse range of businesses launched a new chapter named 'Lightning'. The chapters meet once a week to discuss their business and generate referrals from and for other members.

Telecoms World PLC work with over 18,500 businesses across the UK. Our eCommerce platform and desk-based telephone account managers oversee a high percentage of new business, existing customer upgrades and day-to-day client support. Our company-wide goal is to engage with and learn more about start-ups and growing SME businesses through an increased number of face-to-face meetings with them.

The changes in technology for voice and data services mean that these businesses can also take advantage of the same tools/functionality used by larger corporations; which is an exciting time for us. We can play a fundamental part in the rapid growth of any size business through improved communications with staff and clients.
