TWcloud will replace the current Horizon platform but, existing credentials that were used to log-in to the Horizon platform are still valid and will give access to the new portal. There are no changes to an account once logged in, all existing phone products and settings that will remain the same. And, with it being a cloud-based business phone system with no maintenance costs, user and admin level settings are accessed via a web-based dashboard, making management of the service even easier.
